This policy covers our website, our marketing and our sales conversations. Data that customers process inside NETVISS products is covered by their customer agreement and data processing terms, not by this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request an assessment or demo, apply to become a partner, subscribe to updates or use the NETVISS Assistant, we collect what you enter: typically your name, work email, company, role, country, phone number, the size of your network, the products you are interested in and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, we receive technical information such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you and your approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address. With your consent, analytics and advertising cookies collect information about how you use the site. See our cookie policy.

Information from interactive tools. Scores from the challenge games, your self-check level and business-case estimates are kept in your browser. They are only sent to us if you include them in an inquiry.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, arrange demos and assessments, and prepare proposals.
• To manage partner applications and relationships.
• To send product news and event invitations when you have asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it, with your consent where required.
• To measure and improve our advertising, only with your consent.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Legal bases

We process personal information with your consent (for example analytics and marketing cookies, and marketing emails), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (for example a demo or proposal), for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business where the law allows it, and to comply with legal obligations. Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or another applicable law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who host our website, run our email, CRM and analytics, under contracts that require them to protect it.
• NETVISS partners and resellers in your region, when you ask to be served locally or agree to it.
• Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn, only if you accept marketing cookies.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, and professional advisers.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised or sold, under the same protections.

International transfers

NETVISS works with teams and partners in several countries, including the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, India, Africa and the United Arab Emirates. When personal information moves between countries, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections and access controls, as required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and contact information for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you become a customer or partner, in which case we keep it for the length of the relationship and as the law requires afterwards. Analytics data is kept according to the settings described in the cookie policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Write to marketing@netviss.com. We reply within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office, a supervisory authority in the European Union or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security

NETVISS is certified to ISO 27001 and has a SOC 2 report. We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, monitoring and staff training. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the authorities of a breach where required.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
